Through its many subsidiaries, the Oval Group operates in a variety of businesses ranging from real estate private equity, business consulting, and management to brokerage and construction of various scales. Although we specialize in real estate and finance, Oval considers joint venture partnerships and investment opportunities in other industries and geographies. For large deals and in instances where greater capital appreciation can be achieved, we would consider syndicating and partnering with local investors and operators, as long as we retain control of the management decisions.
